General Terms and Conditions of Sale

for the UMRAH ONLY package


1. Booking & Registration

The registration becomes effective upon receipt:

  • Of the duly completed registration form
  • Of a deposit or the total payment
  • A copy of the passport (valid for more than 6 months from the date of stay)

2. Payment

The payment can be made:

  • In 1 payment (total payment) or in 2 instalments at no extra cost via our secure platform Stripe.
  • The total balance must be settled no later than 30 days before departure.

In the event of non-payment within the deadlines, the reservation may be cancelled without a refund of the deposit 

3. Prices

Including:

  • Flight tickets, accommodation, tours, supervision.

Not included:

  • ❌VISA 
  • ❌ Meal

4. Cancellation Conditions

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: 50% refunded.
  • Cancellation between 30 and 15 days: 25% refunded.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days: no refund.
  • ⚠️ The visa is never refundable after the application has been submitted.

5. Responsibilities

Not covered by the organiser:

  • Visa refusal,
  • Flight delay/cancellation,
  • Loss of luggage/documents,
  • Health problem.

Participant's obligations:

  • Valid passport,
  • Respectful behaviour,
  • Follow-up on the guides' instructions.

6. Modifications

The organiser may modify the programme (order of visits, activities) in the event of force majeure (weather, safety, logistics…).
