1. Booking & Registration

Registration is only confirmed after:

• Receipt of the completed registration form,
• Payment of a deposit or the total amount,
• Provision of a passport valid for +6 months from the date of stay.

2. Payment

• Payment in up to 4 instalments with no fees via Stripe.
• The total balance must be settled 30 days before departure.
• Non-payment = cancellation without refund of the deposit.

3. Prices

Included:

• Visa, accommodation, train tickets (for men) if indicated in the chosen package, visits, supervision.

Not included:

• ❌ Billets d’avion
• ❌Taxi
• ❌ Repas
• ❌ Billets de train pour les femmes
  

4. Cancellation Conditions

• Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: 50% refunded.
• Cancellation between 30 and 15 days: 25% refunded.
• Cancellation less than 15 days: no refund.
• ⚠️ The visa is never refundable after the application has been submitted.

5. Responsibilities

Not covered by the organiser:

• Visa refusal,
• Flight delay/cancellation,
• Loss of luggage/documents,
• Health problem.
• Changement d'hôtel à Mekkah 

Participant's obligations:

• Valid passport,
• Respectful behaviour,
• Following the instructions of the guides.

6. Modifications

The organiser may modify the programme (order of visits, activities) in the event of force majeure (weather, safety, logistics…).

L’hôtel à La Mecque sera toujours de catégorie 3 étoiles minimum. Toutefois, il pourra être modifié en fonction des disponibilités et des tarifs, lesquels peuvent être multipliés par trois selon la période.
